Montana on a Mission is working around the world and here at home in Montana to alleviate physical suffering and ultimately lead others to a personal relationship with their Savior, Jesus Christ.

MOM board members Bryan and Yancy (on left) meet with local ministry colleagues Costel, Nicu and Romica in Romania.

Last spring, MOM board members, Pastor Bryan and Yancy visited Romania to assess ministry opportunities and needs shared by a Romanian ministry colleague, Romica.

Members of the MOM board met with Romica several years ago while he was visiting the Big Timber area with Global Church Ministries, the organization he works for in Romania. Romica shared the need for Evangelical ministry in his country as well as the need for water in rural areas. MOM spent the next couple of years praying about this request and felt God was calling us to join Romica in ministry, both in sharing the Gospel as well as providing for the physical need of clean water.

A team was to arrive in Romania last week but with the Covid-19 restrictions in place, the trip had to be postponed. The drilling began as scheduled, however, and is continuing now.

The well drillers have had some challenges and are required to have special permits to travel back and forth to the drilling site due to the Coronavirus restrictions. They are at 160 meters and have found several small springs along the way, but not enough water to stop drilling.

PLEASE PRAY WITH US for the Love and Light of Christ to be shown through this outreach! Pray that abundant clean water would be found in the well and that the Power and Glory of God would be seen here. Please pray for the safety and health of the drillers and the community and pray for Costel, the ministry leader in the area.

Thank you for your support! We will post updates as they come to us.
