The work is never done but it can be fun! We enlisted community kids to help clean up around the Montana on a Mission projects, clear drainage trenches and collect and place rocks around the tap stands. Maintenance is a huge part of every clean water project and takes the commitment of a community to protect the future of the wells and make sure they keep running smoothly.
Ten years of Homeward Bound! Project #1. The Dugout in Big Timber. Over the past couple of weeks Montana on a Mission volunteers have worked very hard cleaning, painting and refreshing the Dugout, the city’s multi-use building, across from the park. We had 27 volunteers representing 4 Sweet Grass county churches, who dedicated 200 hours to this project. Thank you all so very much! Neighbors helping neighbors is what it’s all about!
