Empopongi River Crossing

Evaluating the pipeline river crossing for the best way to permanently support the pipe.

On Wednesday we had the company of James Origa, a Kenyan water engineer that has been involved with the planning of MOM’s water projects.  James was the designer of the Elephant Springs project that we completed last year.  He consulted on improving the river crossing, the challenging spot where the pipeline has to span the big river on it’s way up to the school tank.

He also took part in the meeting at the planned Ilturisho water well site and looked at several sites that are on the list for future spring development projects.

It’s so great to see the crystal clear water flowing better than ever at the kiosk!  James sampled the water and gives it a thumbs up!

This is great news. The good water is refreshing to the people and the news of your work in Christ and love for those people is refreshing to us. We continue to pray for the Donald family and for all on this mission. May God always send water from rain and from within the earth to nurture this place and the people who dwell there. May the Holy Spirit fill you with patience, endurance, and hope.
