The drilling began at location number two – Eluai, last Thursday. This place is really experiencing hardship, especially in terms of water. Every spring we have visited has dried up from the extended drought and the women and livestock must travel very long distances (up to 6 miles!) to reach water. Some of the herds only get to water every other day!
Thank you for praying with us that the borehole would yield abundant, clean water for this community. Faith made it happen! The Lord made it happen! The Eluai borehole has been drilled and cased and also estimated to yield over 10,000 liters per hour!
Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we could ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen! Ephesians 3:20-21.
