Journey Home

Hard to believe that the trip is already over.  When I sent Tom an email to let him know I was home, I asked "Was I really there?"  It all happened so quickly.  As the rest of the team prepares ot leave, they will need your prayers for safe travel.   There are many wonderful stories that are coming out of this trip.  I was so blessed to spend a lot of time checking up on all of our past projects.  The fish projects continue to expand, the learning center turned out great and there are so many things to share.  We will be moving into a new barrio (Canlasid) to help them finish a project to bring water to every house in the barrio.  One year ago, there was only one place in the barrio with water and that was every other day.  Now, they have water to seven places but we will help them to bring the water to all 48 homes!   Here are some pictures from Canlasid.  The man in white is Arsenio Matildo, the barrio captain from Canlasid and the man in blue is Along Bernaldez, the barrio captain from Calunasan Sur.  The picture of the houses shows the spigot that provides water to them in the foreground and the children we will be helping.  More stories soon and thanks for your prayers for the team!
